The position will address the technical sales management needs for poultry business of Our company in North, Vietnam markets. The role will be leading all sales and technical management, planning and implementation. The position is primarily responsible for sales on North market to ensure achievement sales of the division’s strategies and goals **Primary Accountabilities**: - Prepares marketing plans and analysis that are aligned with the division, regional and HQ requirement - Prepares marketing plans for new product launch including pricing, forecasting and UIN setting, launching and post launch activities - Direct marketing planning activities to achieve business unit goals relative to market penetration, sales volume, and new product introductions. This includes reviewing and approving each detailed marketing plan submitted to ensure completeness and suitability for achieving required results - Analyze market intelligence information and identify opportunities for in‐line and new product marketing as well as recommend on the deletion solution for slow moving products to the Business Unit Manager. - Plans market research projects needed for new product marketing plan development, annual budget establishment for marketing, and revitalization program preparations and proposal for approval. - Field Force Effectiveness strategy coordinating by implement the customer segmentation and targeting, using customer data to improve the marketing activities - Controls promotional and market research expenses to meet the budget approved by Business Unit manage - Develop and maintain professional relationship with media, government advisers, researchers, and farmer group. - Work closely with Finance Department to ensure that other elements of the marketing plan expense are implemented in compliance with local law and company policies - Carry out special projects assigned by the Business Unit Manage and/or General Manager **Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications**: **Experience and Education** - Good understanding of the Vietnam Animal Health industry and poultry animal health market is essential. - 5-7 year experiences in AH industry - Degree in Veterinary Science or Animal Husbandry is a must **Knowledge, skills, and abilities** - Knowledge of poultry diseases and its impacting to the poultry production. - Knowledge of commercial Poultry production systems as it relates to vaccines and vaccination programs, Poultry management, MFAs, and nutrition. - Need to be adaptable and able to work to multiple and often tight deadlines - Competent in written and spoken English language. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment **Qualitative Factors** - Self-starter, initiator, willingness to develop. - Positive "can do" attitude - High motivation level with strong drive to achieve results and contribute to company's profitability - Highly ethical.
