We are Marketing Execution specialists, related to all areas of 3D, Motion, Digital and Graphic Design, and we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to help us provide a world class onboarding and development experience for our ever growing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist company in building and managing Learning & Development (L&D) strategy and activities including employee growth, skills development, training courses as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Build an annual training program for staff and consolidate on-the-job training for all positions as well as the individual development plans based on the long and short term needs of the company and it’s strategies.
- Prepare, coordinate or/and deliver training courses; Design the training framework and platforms that serves the need of the business.
- Drives for a world class onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Manages all onboarding communications and processes in partnership with the support team.
- Drives the utilization of our onboarding toolkit and supports onboarding plans for all executive hires.
- Continuously improves programs to gain better engagement, understanding, and all around excitement being part of SPRING Production.
- Identifies learning needs and translates them to training programs.
- In partnership with the HODs, determines start dates and trainee capacity.
- Researches best practices in training and development.
- Partners with the HRM/HODs/Trainers to develop new training materials, update current training materials to offer programs and track participation.
- Provides trusted partnership, consultation, and perspective to influence and improve training programs and initiatives.
- Evaluates the success of training and onboarding programs while ensuring trainee success is measured and tracked.
- Develop policies, processes, and guidelines relating to L&D operations ensuring they are properly updated, implemented and managed.
- Prepare & manage budget for training programs.
Other tasks:
- Involve in the performance management:
- Help to structure and develop key performance indicators or objective key results to drive performance efficiency across all departments.
- Develop performance dashboard, file, graph and visualizations to track performance and to provide insightful information to support needed changes.
