- Work with stakeholders and project team to understand the project requirements to develop SCORM-compliant E-Learning
- Convert the approved storyboard into E-Learning courseware using Articulate 360
- Develop and update E-Learning content with images, text, script, proper navigation activities, animations, and interactions, add any programming or code if required, and publish the courseware in the format appropriate for the intended method of delivery
- Edit videos, graphics, photos, effects, sound, and/or voiceovers using tools/software
- Upload and configure E-Learning content into Learning Management System and perform courseware testing to ensure all the features and navigation are in working order
- Review materials/courseware quality and accuracy before publishing on time with mínimal or no defects
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) course content and upkeep all enrollment and attendance records for both training and E-Learning to provide accurate learning hours for all employees
- Evaluate training and E-Learning courses' effectiveness using available data such as assessment marks, sign-up rates, post-course surveys, etc.
- Ensure smooth operation of the Learning Portal, troubleshoot technical errors before escalating to software developers, and provide timely resolution to improve user experiences

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Instructional Design and Technology, Education and Training, Multimedia Design or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Articulate Rise, Storyline 360 and/or other E-Learning authoring tools
- Able to develop courseware that communicates the intended concepts or messages given by the project team and provide recommendations to enhance the learning experience
- Experience in audio and video production and post-production editing preferred
- Fluent in English and eager to collaborate with stakeholders from across the region
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and project management skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, able to simultaneously manage multiple projects with little supervision
- Adaptable, flexible, and result-driven
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, e.g. Formulas, Data Linking, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, and Data Validation
