**Mô tả công việc**:

- **Xử lý các yêu cầu, vấn đề** cho khách hàng. Làm việc với đội kỹ thuật (developers) cũng như các đội nhóm khác khi cần thiết.
- **Xin được review** trên Shopify App Store sau khi khách hàng đã hài lòng.
- Đưa ra các sáng kiến và thực thi các tasks nhằm hỗ trợ khách hàng tốt hơn.
- Chi tiết trao đổi thêm trong quá trình phỏng vấn.

**Yêu cầu**:

- **Tiếng Anh tốt** ở cả 4 kỹ năng Reading, Listening, Speaking, và Writing (**6.5 IELTS** trở lên hoặc tương đương).
- Khả năng sử dụng các ngôn ngữ khác cũng là một lợi thế.
- Có hiểu biết, hứng thú về Công nghệ và Thương mại điện tử.
- Từng có kinh nghiệm trong mảng Hỗ trợ khách hàng hoặc tiếp xúc trao đổi thường xuyên với khách hàng.
- Có kinh nghiệm sales b2b hoặc account manager là 1 lợi thế.
- Có trách nhiệm cao với công việc.

**Quyền lợi**:

- Mức lương cứng**:8-12 triệu/tháng** (tùy kinh nghiệm và trao đổi khi phỏng vấn)
- Thưởng cho mỗi review 5* nhận được từ khách hàng.
- Thưởng cho mỗi lần thuyết phục được khách upgrade lên subscription plan cao hơn.
- Thưởng theo đóng góp vào performance của dự án hàng năm.
- Thưởng các ngày lễ trong năm.
- Thưởng mỗi khi đạt được thành tựu nổi bật.
- Review lương 6 tháng 1 lần.
- Được hỗ trợ và ưu tiên khi muốn chuyển hướng sang các bộ phận khác của dự án như Tester, BA, Partnership, Sales, etc.
- Môi trường làm việc với đội ngũ trẻ trung, năng động, thoải mái.

Pay: 8,000,000₫ - 12,000,000₫ per month
