**Key Responsibilities**
As a Research Assistant, you will:

- Collaborate with project teams to design and execute research and consultancy projects across various sectors;
- Assist senior researchers and analysts in preparing research proposals, literature reviews, and project documentation;
- Support the development and testing of survey instruments, including questionnaires and data collection tools;
- Coordinate and participate in fieldwork activities, ensuring high-quality data collection in alignment with project goals;
- Provide logístical support during field missions, including stakeholder coordination and enumerator management;
- Process and analyze quantitative data using STATA;
- Process and analyze qualitative data;
- Prepare data visualizations, summaries, policy briefs and reports to present findings effectively.

**Who You Are**
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, econometrics, social sciences or a related field.
- Strong foundation in quantitative methods, with coursework in economics, mathematics, and statistics as an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication in English and Vietnamese.
- A self-motivated and collaborative mindset.
- A passion for economic research and development work.
- Flexibility to adapt to tight deadlines and travel schedules across Vietnam for fieldwork.
