IT Monitoring Operator and Services Controller

Our System/ Network team has responsibilities to ensure the operation of Bouygues Construction Group’s system. By this position, you will perform as technical expert in monitoring and solving incidents in network/ system. Besides, you will be the contact point between our team and other teams in France and Morocco.

Your key responsibilities:

- **Supervision/Monitoring Infrastructure**:_
- Active supervision of the infrastructure and network of the company
- Manage all incidents: Analyze, evaluate, and escalate issues according to incident management process.
- Follow up procedures and propose improvements if needed.
- **Coordinate and support for IT Systems Manager**:_
- Follow up the direction of manager about the company’s strategic, development, and future growth for Supervision team.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are professionally undertaken and quality of Monitoring deliverable
- Manage critical incidents, associated to user communication, activities, and any appropriate escalations according to predefined process.
- Build services relationship with other entities of the groups and contribute to reach KPI for product line.
- Review reports, service improvements, service quality, document quality and processes.
- Build team capabilities to provide critical thinking.
- Manage and coach team members.

**Our Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**:_
- 2+ years working experience on related job.
- Strong background on System/Network/Monitoring.
- Experience in Microsoft System solution.
- **Advanced French and English is required.**
- **Highly desirable**:_
- Centreon Cloud
- DR, load balancing, clustering.
- VMware
- Citrix
- SCCM/SCOM.
- Backup and storage solutions.
