Mô tả Công việc
- Do sales accountant (AR) as assigned by Chief Accountant: issue invoices, track receivables, make import and export reports for the labels you are in charge of, handle tasks related to the labels you are in charge of..
- Accounting for related operations, checking and comparing between detailed books and synthesis;
- Calculate the price of imported goods; Price price according to the company's regulations (Costing & Pricing); accounting on accounting software; compare payment of goods and other amounts to the company
- Accounting for cash payment: making receipts, payment checks
- Accounting of input invoices related to operating expense. Ensure the right end of the month, enough cost.
- Make relevant reports, according to the regulations of the state and the company.
- Explain data and provide records and data to the Board of Directors, tax authorities, auditors, and inspectors at the request of KTT
- Other jobs as required by Chief Accountant and BOD.
- Specific work will be discussed during the interview
- Làm kế toán bán hàng (AR) theo phân công của KTT: xuất hoá đơn, theo dõi công nợ phải thu, làm báo cáo nhập xuất tồn cho nhãn mình phụ trách, giải quyết các công việc liên quan đến nhãn mình phụ trách.
- Hạch toán các nghiệp vụ liên quan, kiểm tra, đối chiếu giữa sổ chi tiết và tổng hợp;
- Tính giá hàng nhập; áp giá bán theo quy định của hãng (Costing & Pricing); hạch toán lên phần mềm kế toán; đối chiếu thanh toán tiền hàng và các khoản khác cho hãng
- Kế toán thanh toán tiền mặt: làm phiếu thu, phiếu chi
- Hạch toán các hóa đơn đầu vào liên quan đến operating expense. Đảm bảo cuối tháng đúng, đủ chi phí.
- Làm các báo cáo liên quan, theo quy định của nhà nước và công ty.
- Giải trình số liệu và cung cấp hồ sơ, số liệu cho BGD, cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, thanh tra kiểm tra theo yêu cầu của KTT
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của KTT và BGD.
- Công việc cụ thể sẽ trao đổi trong quá trình phỏng vấn

- Degree: Bachelor in Accounting
- Foreign language: English
- Knowledgeable about tax regulations.
- Know how to use Vietnamese accounting software. Proficient in excel. Knowledge of ERP is an advantage.
- Be honest, careful, hard-working, nimble, have a teamwork spirit, withstand the pressure of work.
