**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**SCOPE OF WORK**
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic investment opportunities in lifestyle sectors
- Conduct thorough financial due diligence for investments independently and track portfolio performance.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial analysis for target companies.
- Assist in managing and overseeing portfolio companies post-investment, ensuring they align with the Group’s strategic goals.
- Participate in the operation management of the investees.
- Prepare investment proposals for new investment opportunities.
- Build financial models and supporting investment decision-making processes.
- Provide financial analysis insight and guidance to less-experienced team members
- Other tasks as assigned from Head of Investment

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. MBA and/or CFA are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years in audit or investment roles. Highly prefer experience in financial due diligence, ideally in private equity, venture capital, or asset management.
- Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts/ insightful visual displays
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with subsidiaries
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent English
- C++ coding skills or willingness to learn coding would be nice to have.
