**Job description**:

- Participate in all phases of transfer pricing projects, including planning, documentation, implementation, and audit defence.
- Prepare and review key transfer pricing documents, such as Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country reports.
- Actively participate in functional interviews, kick-off and closing meetings, and ongoing client discussions throughout transfer pricing projects.
- Review inter-company agreements and internal documents to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and perform financial analyses, including making necessary comparability adjustments.
- Participate in advisory projects on tax and transfer pricing strategies, and review transfer pricing models to optimize clients’ operations.
- Work on cross-border transfer pricing projects within the international network of Forvis Mazars firms.
- Assist in other transfer pricing tasks, such as transfer pricing defence and negotiating Advance Pricing Agreements.
- Serve as a key contact for clients on transfer pricing matters, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Support managers with business development activities and provide coaching/ mentoring to junior staff members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in accounting, tax, law, or corporate finance. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CPAA, ICAEW, Transfer Pricing Certificates) is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transfer pricing or international taxation.
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing principle, Vietnam’s transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and BEPS.
- Proficiency in economic analysis and benchmarking analysis.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and basic Vietnamese tax knowledge is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to explain complex transfer pricing concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
