Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Work closely with the team lead to define a winning pricing strategy for Shopee Choice's assortment
- Daily coordinate price setting practices and monitor price competitiveness of Shopee Choice's assortment
- Coordinate the re-negotiation process for price non-competitive SKUs to ensure better cost of goods sold
- Support in determining Shopee Choice’s assortment strategy
- Work with peers across Shopee Choices’ functions (e.g. Business Development, Operations) to coordinate pricing strategy and present findings to senior leaders

**Requirements**:

- Highly self-driven and motivated
- Comfort with ambiguity and eager to learn, natural curiosity
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Independent thinker who’s also a solid team player
- Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills (English) preferred
- 1+ year of professional experience, previous consulting, strategy, or business intelligence-related experience preferred
- Previous E-commerce or retail business knowledge is preferable
