The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. Monitor price competitiveness: maintain tracker and monitor price competitiveness closely; work closely with Business Intelligence (BI) to make necessary data & tracker adjustments;
- Collaborate cross-functionally: work with business development (BD), BI, and Product teams to execute pricing actions;
- Assist in driving seller adoption and engagement for pricing-related tools & features via data analysis and solution development & execution;
- Analyze & improve performance via data-driven analysis to refine pricing strategies and enhance seller engagement;
- Manage E2E workflow with 3rd party vendors, including contract management, paperwork handling, and resolution of ad-hoc operational issues, while managing workload distribution and daily operations for a large team of third-party staff performing business development administrative tasks related to pricing;
- Work closely with Local and Regional Product to roll out new features in Vietnam and provide feedback loops to Regional teams for seamless seller/user experience;
- Identify seller needs & feature enhancement opportunity and discuss with Product regarding feature development/improvement;
- Other tasks as assigned.-
- **Requirements**:

- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving; comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses;
- Passion for creating highly usable and thorough dashboards/visualizations;
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can do attitude;
- Advanced Excel skills with knowledge in Power Query, Power Pivots;
- Critical thinking, multitasking & creative thinking;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders;
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
