**Key Accountabilities**:

- Set up promotion programs and ensure timely communication to the sales team and relevant individuals or departments. Handle system setup on ITO and Amast, and prepare related documents including master data, pricing changes, and SKU information.

- Conduct market surveys to gather information on product pricing and promotions, including detailed pricing based on remaining shelf life, near-expiry dates, and quantity levels.
- _ Thực hiện khảo sát thị trường để thu thập thông tin về giá bán và chương trình khuyến mãi của sản phẩm, bao gồm chi tiết giá bán theo hạn sử dụng còn lại, sản phẩm sắp hết hạn và mức số lượng._
- Conduct pricing analysis based on the selling price from Category Manager (CM) and market pricing, in order to propose suitable adjustments back to the CM and ensure competitive pricing at the warehouse level.
- _ Thực hiện phân tích giá dựa trên giá bán do Category Manager (CM) cung cấp và giá thị trường, nhằm đề xuất điều chỉnh phù hợp cho CM, đảm bảo mức giá cạnh tranh theo từng kho hàng._
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotional programs and propose new promotion schemes to maximize revenue while maintaining optimal profit margins.
- _ Phân tích hiệu quả của các chương trình khuyến mãi và đề xuất các phương án khuyến mãi mới nhằm tối đa hóa doanh thu đồng thời đảm bảo duy trì mức lợi nhuận tối ưu._

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Preferably with experience in FMCG, General Trade, Retail, Modern Trade, or Sales
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City, with willingness to travel occasionally to the Mekong Delta, Central, and Northern regions
- English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
