- Bachelor of Physics, computer or related field
- Sufficient interest in optical test equipment and automation equipment
- Strong language and communication skills, able to effectively communicate with distributors and customers
- Strong time management skills, able to manager multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communications skills in Chinese or English
