Overview:
Serve as a consultant to management Team of your assigned functions to provide integrated solutions on human resource-related issues.
Act as an employee champion and change agent.
- Formulate partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees in the assigned functions that reflects the business
objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its
business plans, its culture and its competition
- Develop proposals for hiring, promotions or transfers of employees in the region.
- Provide comprehensive Benefits support for PepsiCo Vietnam by deploying Total Rewards strategy which meets the business needs.
- Provide compensation operations support such as retirement plan, severance.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop proposals for hiring, promotions or transfers of employees in the region.
- Conduct benefits program in line with the global, regional and local plan; i.e. global Move For Good program, healthy living agenda, health
insurance renewal, annual health check-up, long-service award management
- Manage compensation package and transfer plan of foreign employees to Vietnam.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to resolve Functions' issue OR C&B initiative based on function's project
- HR Strategy: Drive all assigned HR KPIs to deliver short-term strategies.
- Change/ Transformation & Culture building: work closely with HR Lead & Functional Leads on identifying the key theme of annual culture
builder strategy to lead the change and live the culture successfully in assigned Functions to deliver the desired business results.
- Talent Development: Lead people planning and talent development by identifying and supporting high-potential individuals, designing and
tracking development programs, and fostering strong relationships to align talent growth with business objectives.
- Organization Development: advise function heads and line managers on training needs, collaborate with Talent, OD, and Capability teams
to integrate these into the company’s training plan, and ensure effective post-training evaluation and development follow-up.
- Lead performance management and action planning for partnered functions, guide salary reviews, and ensure professional implementation
of HR procedures across recruitment, transfers, promotions, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
- Employee Engagement: support function heads and line managers in driving employee engagement activities, promoting participation in
engagement surveys, and implementing OHS action plans.
- Prepare and submit HR reports, handle assigned tasks to support HR and company goals, foster teamwork, and consistently deliver high - quality, timely, and passionate performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field. 2-3 years experience in compensation or
benefits required, at least 5 years experience in HR generalist and HR Partnering
- Excellent analytical/advanced excel skills - ability to analyse and interpret data in order to communicate in an appropriate way to different
levels of people both within and outside of the organisation.
- Experience in working with a variety of different systems to extract and manage information.
- Proficiency in written and oral English
