Zalo is seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solution.

**What you will do**:

- Partner with BU Leaders to design and executive effective and engaging people strategies;
- Ensure that best talents are attracted, retained, developed, and succeeded across the functions. Lead innovative HR solutions to address current talent concerns/issues;
- Work with other HR Functions to develop effective HR solutions to meet business needs in areas such as recruitment, reward, talent, performance management and learning;
- Provide in-depth advice and guidance to team leader on strategic HR policies and procedures to ensure they are supported in their decisions and roles as people managers;
- Supervise all HR Operations processes, including but not limited to on-boarding and off-boarding, induction and probation procedures

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, HR or Economics;
- At least 4 years of experience in HR Management/ HRBP/ HR General;
- Strong engagement, ability to build relationships, trust, influence others and advanced communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Labor with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues;
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and multitasking skills.
