**Mô tả công việc**: (Mức lương: 25 - 30 triệu VNĐ) One of our clients, which is a very famous Japanese company, is now looking for a "Building Management Executive". - Building management: Work with Building Management team and support on preparing and managing any necessary documents to ensure the smooth operation of the Building; - Operation management: Coordination with operation team (Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Quality control), contractors, and other interior construction supervision; - Customer Service: Support Tenants after signing of Lease Agreement in terms of operation and facilities: Handover period, Parking & Tenant cards registration, receive and handle requests and concerns from tenants of Taisei Square Hanoi building, collaborate with relevant internal departments (CM/ Leasing, etc.) until issue resolved and to the satisfaction of tenants promptly; - Attend building operation related meetings (Engineering, Security, Cleaning); - Follow up on tenants' fit-out works with Construction Management team; - Support Accounting team in collecting rental, service charge and other necessary payments (if necessary); - Other tasks as required by Building Management Manager from time to time; - Resolve issue related to the buidling with relevant internal departments (BM/ CM etc.) until issue resolved; **Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên **Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian **Quyền lợi được hưởng**: 【What you will be offered】 - 13th month Bonus - Variable Bonus - Annual Leave - Social Insurance - Medical Insurance - Medical check-up - Salary review - Laptop will be provided **Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học **Yêu cầu công việc**: - Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years in the same experience as JD - Strong documentation skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills - Familiar with finance and contracts - English:Upper-Intermediate level - Able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint **Yêu cầu giới tính**: Nữ **Ngành nghề**: Quản Lý - Vận Hành Tòa Nhà Đại Học 3 - 3 năm
