_AROBID is a global B2B e-commerce and online trade exhibition ecosystem which brings Vietnam enterprises expanding locally and globally to meet with millions of enterprise buyers from 15 countries (China, Korea, Japan, Thailand, India, USA and EU)._
- We’re going to make a huge launch in 2025 and are seeking for a highly creative and strategic Head of Marketing to join our team and lead the development and execution of a compelling brand narrative that resonates with our target audience and strengthens AROBID‘s market presence._
- **Marketing Budget Management & Resource Allocation**:Develop comprehensive marketing plans and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation, strict cost control, and alignment with strategic business objectives.
- **Cross-functional Stakeholder Management**:Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external agencies to plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- **Content Strategy & Creative Production Oversight**:Oversee end-to-end content strategy and creative production processes, ensuring all content assets align with brand guidelines, engage target audiences, and are optimized for each communication channel.
- **Leadership & Team Development**:Lead, coach, and develop a professional marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative culture that drives productivity and continuous personal growth.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of working experience, including at least 4-5 years in brand management and digital communication roles within companies in the Digital, Technology or E-commerce sectors.
- Exceptional creative and strategic thinking skills, with proven ability to plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Proficient in data analytics tools and marketing support software.
- Strong multitasking ability, flexible problem-solving skills, and proven capacity to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills; outstanding communication, negotiation, and professional relationship-building capabilities.
