Sourcing & Supply Chain Specialist

1. Project Management

Propose strategic plans and roadmaps for various projects (e.g., budget studies, company entity studies, supply chain improvement).

Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Consult and take responsibility for the project.

Implement project reporting: including market analysis and on-the-field studies.

Monitor, follow up, and report on project progress to internal stakeholders.

Coordinate with other departments and client teams to ensure all parties are informed of project status.

2. Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain

Conduct market data research and analysis to provide recommendations for supply chain improvements and new implementations.

Collect and analyze data related to supply chains, markets, countries, and industries (from inputs to outputs).

Visualize data logically and write research reports.

Support Head of Division in Hs-code analyzing (pre-study for prospective).

3. Client and Stakeholder Management

Establish and maintain regular contact with potential project investors/contractors/partners/distributors.

Build strong relationships with related parties within projects, including purchasing/procurement, project management, technical, and commercial teams.

Deeply understand customer demands, technical/commercial needs, and present suitable solutions.

Act as the representative for Source of Asia for customer contacts and related events.

Follow up and collaborate with local distributors/clients to report to SOA Clients regularly.

4. Business and Partnership Development

Proactively identify and evaluate project opportunities and follow up to close deals.

Prepare bidding documents and ensure competitive advantages.

Identify trends and market needs, building a sales pipeline.

Support the Head of the Division in network expansion.

Build strong relationships with local organizations, associations, institutions, and professional experts to collect information.

Participate in relevant fairs/events and provide recap analysis.

Promote Sourcing services and products.

5. Reporting and Analysis

Present and update data analysis with the team.

Prepare win-win quotes of customized solutions.

Support the collection of accounts receivable from projects.

Review and report market analysis and trends.

Provide weekly/monthly reports on activities and bidding progress.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, or a related field; a technical background is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, including bidding processes.

Experience in consulting services is highly desirable.

Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred: metal, plastics, and machinery.

Experience in e-commerce or retail sourcing is a plus.

Proven track record of forecasting and achieving targets.

Experience in international working environments is preferable.

Experience in import & export processes is preferable.

Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

Strong writing and reporting skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Self-driven, proactive, and autonomous with a strong work ethic.

Commercial mindset with strong business acumen.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and result-oriented.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to travel as required.
