Working out of our Thao Dien / HCMC office, the Fabric Sourcing Specialist oversees the sourcing of fabrics for our customers.

This role requires very strong sourcing capability, very good knowledge of têxtiles/fabrics, and attention to detail.

Focus on tactical apparel and gear fabrics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source high-quality fabrics from various suppliers across Asia.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to understand fabric needs.
- Evaluate new and existing suppliers for performance and reliability.
- Maintain an up-to-date sourcing database and track developments.
- Ensure all sourced fabrics meet quality and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of fabric types and têxtile manufacturing processes.
- Proven vendor management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing and supply chain management software.
- Salary: negotiable
