**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service
- Professionally deals with customers' inquiries promptly
- Operate EzyRemit backend system
- Responsible for processing all transactions efficiently.
- Resolve and follow up on pending transactions, escalating where needed
- Ensuring all transactions are performed following the company's Compliance Rules
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in the operations procedures.
- Conduct department's reports
- Assist the General Manager in creating Operations documents.
- Ad-hoc tasks

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of experience in Customer service
- **Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or experience handling data
- Experienced working by shifts is preferable
- Having knowledge or experience in financial services/payment (B2B, B2C) is a plus.
- Have attention to detail
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Be a team player with a supportive attitude
- **Be willing to work flexible shifts (including night shifts)**:

- **Able to work on special events and holidays**:

- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure is necessary
