As a Strategic Planning Manager at Adtima, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that leverage AI and data analytics to drive success across media ads, customer experience, and CRM.

**What you will do**:
**1. Market Research and Audience Insights**
- Conduct in-depth market research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies;
- Identify unmet needs: Identify gaps in the market and opportunities to create innovative solutions that address customer/ client pain points;

**2. Strategic Solution development**:

- Build expertise of Adtima & Zalo ecosystem with a deep understanding of platforms’ capabilities and strengths in user base, technology and client service;
- Develop tailor-made solutions for our clients: Collaborate with account team to review market demand and client’s brief, develop a thorough understanding of business objectives and challenges, and develop solutions that address their unique requirements;
- Proactive innovation: Continuously explore new opportunities and develop innovative solutions that leverage platforms’ capabilities, aiming at generate sustainable revenue streams;
- Solution optimization: Track and analyze the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement and optimize results;

**3. Client Engagement**:

- Consult with clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions;
- Effectively communicate and present recommendations to clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition of Adtima's solutions;

**4. Project management & collaboration**:

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives;
- Track and analyze project performance to identify areas for improvement;

**5. Team Leadership**:

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

**What you will need**:

- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency or technology company;
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends;
- Competencies: Ability to adapt to new challenges, solve complex problems, analyze use cases, and develop effective solutions that meet client demands;
- Success Metrics: Proven track record of successfully handling clients, delivering new solutions, and demonstrating expertise in complex knowledge areas;
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and handle conflicts constructively;
