Strategic Planning Manager

- Making, synthesizing and storing the Group's production and business plans from subsidiaries and brands.
- Implement business plans and work plans approved by the Board of Directors to subsidiaries, brands, departments and divisions of the Company.
- Update information, progress, operation and business situation of subsidiaries, brands (Sales, progress, productivity, efficiency). Report periodically, or irregularly at the request of the Board of Directors.
- Urging and reminding the implementation of plans from subsidiaries and brands.
- Organize and participate in periodic planning meetings (if necessary) with subsidiaries, brands, departments and divisions between the Planning Department and the Units, and the Board of Directors and Units. (Meeting invitation, room preparation, report content, presentation, format, report form, agenda...).
- Building and managing resource management software (SAP/ERM/CRM...).
- Analyze and evaluate the economic situation, domestic and foreign policy changes related to the Company's business activities. Prepare market research reports, industry, market trends.
- Advising the Board of Directors, brands, and subsidiaries on business plan development and plan implementation.
- Building an Organizational Chart suitable for each business line of the Group, Brands, Subsidiaries, and Organizational chart, functions and tasks, Operation process between positions, units... Development Deployment and main responsibility for restructuring and system expansion programs in the Group and its subsidiaries.
- Making pre-feasibility reports, participating in planning, implementing, controlling investment efficiency of new projects, investment projects / start-up projects of the Group. Working with partners, investment links, managing the Company's investments.
- Perform administrative, secretarial, and assistant tasks for the Group's General Director.
- And other tasks at the request of the General Director, the Board of Directors
- System administration (processes, regulations, mechanisms, policies, ISO system...).
- Manage and archive issued documents, check and monitor compliance with the Group's procedures and regulations.

- Working hours:

- Mon - Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
- Break time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.

- EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Planning, Investment Project Management, Accounting and Finance or industry-related field required.
- EXPERIENCE: At least 2-3 years of experience in Business Development Manager, Strategic Planning Manage, team leader or similar role in domestic and foreign companies
