**I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, threats, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and set performance targets.
- Analyze business performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and projects.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare and present strategic plans, reports, and recommendations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Manage investor relations materials, including presentations, press releases, and annual reports.
- Provide feedback to senior management on investor perceptions and concerns.

**II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
- At least 03 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
