This role will work closely with key stakeholders in designing, developing, and implementing Organization Development initiatives in alignment with HR strategic objectives and performance management strategy as well as market best practices. The scope covers a wide range of areas from HR planning, KPIs and performance management system facilitation and support, linkage of performance to reward system, to HR analytics, workforce planning and organizational structure design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct analysis and support in proposing HR plan and initiatives in alignment with the company’s business and people strategies
- Propose and implement strategic initiatives related to Performance Management System, Organizational structure design, Workforce planning and HR analytics
- Propose improvement in company's performance management system and collaborate with functions for annual performance management (setting performance measures, performance review and appraisal)
- Conduct workforce analysis and benchmarking to propose manpower planning level and solutions to close manpower gap
- Design HR dashboard and collaborate with HR Operations to conduct HR analytics. Provide relevant HR related data analysis and recommendations to functions to help improve productivity and employee engagement. Work with technology vendors and relevant stakeholders to automate HR analytics process
- Assist Head of OD and Talent Management and functions to conduct organization effectiveness analysis, organizational structure benchmarking, and design the right organization and properly define role profiles for Mission Critical Roles

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Education/ Training Qualifications (i.e.: university degree, college, etc)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration or equivalent

Experience (years of experience i.e.: 2 years of experience in similar position)
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience including performance management gaining from sizable and high growth organization in similar industry (multinational organization is preferred).
- In-depthknowledge of full cycle performance appraisal
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various HR reports.

Knowledge of:

- In-depth knowledge of full cycle performance management program.
- Experience must include knowledge and experience in building and executing guidelines, policies and plans

Skills (Ability to):

- Proficient computers skills in MS Office
- Good command in both verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to plan and set priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management
- Team player but capable of working independently
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
- Ability to adapt to changes
