- Work to ensure current individuals in leadership roles have the tools to lead effectively (conflict resolution, performance management, coaching, etc.);
- Assist organization’s leaders in identifying critical performance areas or needed skills and developing a plan of action for closing the gaps;
- Coach and mentor all employees including recognizing performance, motivation, creating a personal career path, corrective action and performance improvement;
- Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness, competency, and outcomes;
- Develop and deliver competency based learning activities (i.e. performance management, coaching and feedback,..);
- Review plans with internal stakeholders to ensure collective leadership input and alignment.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor's degree in training/organizational development-related field preferred;
- At least 3 years experience in organization development, instructional design and training delivery or talent management required;
- Experience in the design, development and implementation of formal training programs, materials and events;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required to deliver materials in a clear, concise manner;
- Knowledge of needs analysis, instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles;
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning;
- MS Office, SharePoint, and learning management system proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Passionate about Zalo/Zing products;
- Structured thinker;
- Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control;
- Ability to think clearly under pressure;
- Interest in data and technology.
