**Job Descriptions**:

- Generate market research, make sales plan for branch.
- Be responsible for the Board of Directors for the business results and operations of the branch.
- Guide, supervise and encourage the sales team to work effectively, towards completing and exceeding the profit targets, completing the goals.
- Sign contracts with customers, partners, subcontractors...
- Build good relationships with shipping lines, airlines, port authorities, warehouses, subcontractors... to get good input prices and solve arising problems in a favorable way.
- Build good relationships with customers, agents.
- Work with authorities to handle branch issues as authorized by BOD
- Support Sales team to solve sales problems.
- Responsible for recruiting, arranging, transferring, firing, and appointing sales team in the Hanoi branch according to the company's regulations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of employees
- Train and improve professional skills for sales team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Graduated from University with majors related to Logistics, Foreign Trade Economics,..
- Experience in the field of transportation and freight forwarding.
- At least 3-5 years Experienced in managing and coordinating work and personnel in a systematic and scientific manner.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the domestic and international freight forwarding industry.
- Knowledge of Import-Export Foreign Trade.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Ability to organize work in a scientific and systematic manner.
- Creative, good communication, dynamism, and high sense of responsibility.
- Advanced English.
