The Managing Director drives the organisation's business strategies in Vietnam. He/She improves the current portfolio and explores new business opportunities. He/She carries out business strategies that are in line with organisational objectives.
- Approve demand creation strategies Business and Strategic Plan of the company in Vietnam.
- Drive partnerships with internal stakeholders to adapt current portfolios to new opportunities.
- Establish business development strategies to ensure overall organisational strategy followed.
- Guide business development research reports on potential revenue streams and bu threats.
- Lead development of business intelligence frameworks to improve data analytics a market assessments.
- Lead identification of opportunities to improve business processes.
- Lead new business opportunity projects based on business network feedback and economic landscape.
- Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries.
- Lead partnerships with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for portfolio
- Lead relationship building with industry players and develop strategies to leverage network for business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead financial budgeting process to acquire funds for the Company
- Plan targets and goals in line with business strategies.
- Profit and Loss

1) **Annual sales target** - Playing a crucial role in achieving organizational goals
2) **Customer Engagement & Strategi**c partnership to identify opportunity

3) **Financial Growth **- Collaborating with various teams to coordinate efforts in obtaining
better brand recognition and financial growth.
4) **Market intelligence **- Conduct research competitors and trends based on data-driven insights

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- More than 15+ years of experience in IT solution business development
- Understanding of Vietnam's IT(cyber security) sales process and its ecosystem
- Establish a sales & management strategy for the branch operation
- Good relationship with potential clients and government agencies
- Loyalty to the company
- Proven track record of success prospecting for new business.
- Integrity, proactive and aggressive, self-motivation, result
- oriented, strong tolerance of pressure, willing to take challenge.
- Excellent written/ verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Fluent in English is required
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative

**Salary**: 80,000,000₫ - 110,000,000₫ per month
