  • Manage the General Director's schedule, organize meetings, prepare documents, and act as a communication bridge between the General Director, departments, and partners.

  • Provide daily support to the General Director.

  • Translate documents, reports, and emails; provide on-site interpretation during meetings, internal events, or sessions with partners.

  • Take notes, compile reports, and prepare meeting minutes.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors; specific duties will be discussed further during the interview.

  • Having at least 1-2 years experience as Assistant to General to Director, Secretary or quivalent roles in companies
  • Good at Microsoft office
  • Logical thinking.
  • Able to quickly grasp and effectively carry out assigned tasks.
