This includes the direction, focus, and visualization of activities in responsible departments to further the overall progressive goals and objectives and monitor their progressProvide leadership in continuous improvement activities and successfully enable scalability to achieve our goals of meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives Direct the company's manufacturing activities to ensure maximum effectiveness is obtained for the production of quality products within specified time and budgetary guidelines Liaise closely with Hong Kong headquarters to ensure optimal utilization of manufacturing facilitiesOverall management of the offshore country operations including but not limited to factory production, social compliance, merchandising, quality assurance, industrial engineering, sample department, warehouse, financial management, Government officials relations and conformance with all the regulations Monitor the manufacturing cost, including analyzing, controlling, reporting, and making recommendations to the Top ManagementProvide leadership, motivation and guidance to local management and staff through clear visions and continued improvements to existing practicesP&L responsibility as the ultimate goalFor overall management of the offshore country operations, the General Production Manager should direct report to the Production Director except for those financial and accounting issues that he or she should report to Finance Director- Requirements- Form 5 or above With IE background would be an advantageMinimum 12 years related experience in apparel manufacturing industry with at least 7 years in managerial levelPossess strong leadership and sound problem solving techniquesWith excellent managerial skills, able to assign job duties to appropriate staffExcellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken EnglishProficient in Mandarin will be an advantage- Salary:
