**About my client**:
My client is Seatincom, a company specializing in marketing services and based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Executive. This position will be a member of the Brand team and will be responsible for developing and executing brand awareness and customer loyalty campaigns, promoting creative ideas for brand promotion, and supporting and training junior team members.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Researching the brand, products, and features to collaborate with the Creative & Social teams in producing key advertising materials like KV, TVC, taglines, banners, and branding content across platforms.
- Developing short-term media campaigns and long-term brand recognition plans with specific budgets and KPIs.
- Managing tasks to execute these plans effectively and optimizing them periodically.
- Collaborating on diverse advertising forms and channels to boost brand visibility.
- Increasing departmental partnerships by seeking related service providers for brand and creative work.
- Proposing new branding methods such as community events, market advertising, and direct branding to enhance plans.
- Setting up and managing social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Telegram, X, TikTok, community groups) and coordinating with the Creative team to implement content development plans.
- Training junior members in planning and skill development.
- Researching new branding forms, market trends, and competitors.
- Reporting on work weekly/monthly and evaluating performance.
- Contributing ideas to the broader Marketing team and company activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- University degree in economics, marketing, PR, advertising, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand development, and communications.
- Experience leading small to medium teams (3-6 members) or in a senior specialist, Brand/Marketing Leader, or Brand/Marketing Manager role.
- Proficiency in computers and office software.
- Hard working, persistent, and able to handle work pressure.
