- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure product consistency with business objectives
- Synthesize monthly budget plans and monitor actual spending. Measure performance effectiveness through calculating key cost metrics (e.g., CPU, CAC, CVR, etc.)
- Track business metrics and analyze data to find insights for product improvement. Prepare bi-monthly/ monthly business reports
- In charge of daily communication with partner, maintain a good relationship with them
- Explore new business opportunities and be the PIC of Business Development initiatives/ activities
- Ensure the legal related activities of the product, including coordinating the preparation process of contracts and addendums.

**Strategy Execution**:

- Conduct market research, competitors research, and user research activities (both primary and secondary)
- Take lead in brainstorming and defining product position that adheres to the business objectives
- Orchestrate other departments in strategy/ tactics planning to ensure the product position is well-understood and translated into actions
- Conduct business modelling and synthesizing information into reliable deliveries, ready for presentation to senior executives and heads of departments

**Yêu cầu**:

- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development/ Project Management/ Operation/ Growth/ Strategy
- Thrives in a startup environment: loves dealing with fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.
- Experience working in Tech firms (fintech / e-wallet, e-commerce, ride-hailing, etc.) or financial institutions (banking, asset management, consumer finance, etc.) will be a plus
- Well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint
- Resilient, humble, confident, and portrays a can-do attitude
