**ZaloPay **is a fast-growing mobile payment provider in Vietnam since it commenced operations in 2017. We aim to serve Vietnam’s large underbanked population, accelerate financial inclusion and leverage technology to improve access to Fintech services for our users and merchants. In 2020, ZaloPay officially integrated into the messaging app Zalo to provide users daily in-app services such as money transfers, phone top-ups, and other financial services.

- As a
- **Associate Growth Marketing Manager**, you will manage Growth Campaign Team and be responsible for developing and executing ZaloPay’s growth marketing strategy, with a focus on growth hacking; executing a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives.- Overview key growth metrics of business and overall market to detect growth opportunities
- Defind the problem/chance concisely and hypothesize the proposded solution
- Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through multi campaign growth approachs
- Lead and coach team to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to validate and/ or improve the proposed solution. Quantitative research might include creating financial models and market sizing exercises. Qualitative research might include performing market research and collecting business intelligence/ best practices of local competitors and global e-wallets
- Develop a plan to implement the recommended solution & collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, product, design, and engineering to develop and execute growth initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth innitatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth hacking, product-led growth, and digital marketing

**Yêu cầu**:

- Solid 6 years experience in growth marketing, growth hacking, or a related field, especially 2 years in manager role.
- Proven track outstanding record of driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through growth-hacking strategies and a product-led growth approach.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Data-driven mindset and experience using data to inform decision-making
- Excellent presentation & communication skill with strong collaboration abilities
- Open-minded, inquisitive, and good at problem solving
