**Get to know Your Role**:
**1. Growth Marketing (40%)**:

- Support Growth Associate from planning to deployment of in-app and out-app growth initiatives and campaigns, including category-based campaigns, merchant-based campaigns, cross-vertical campaigns, branding campaigns.
- Track product/promotion/media/campaign performance metrics and draw suggestions to improve performance.
- Support research on market conditions, competitor benchmarking to explore emerging trends, opportunities and propose innovative tactics to enhance marketing efficiency.

**2. Operations (60%)**:

- Monitor operational efficiency of promotional systems, communication channels, growth performance and budget management.
- Identify and resolve challenges that arise during the execution of initiatives/campaigns.
- Prepare procedural, documentation and legal requirements for marketing campaigns.
- Other tasks as assigned by Growth Associate. Either small or big ones, you are always contributing to our vertical’s growth thanks to smooth operation & can-do attitude

**Yêu cầu**:

- Major in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
- Creative and comfortable with deploying integrated marketing campaigns.
- A team player with winning spirit and can-do attitude and can thrive in a fast-paced, agile working environment
- Good analytical & conceptual power
- Good communication & interpersonal skill, strong teamwork
- Past efforts/experience in campaign planning & operation (club, competition, etc.) is a plus
- 6-month commitment in the internship
