1. Support to work with distributors to ensure orders are delivered on time. Or promptly notify customers if there are any changes in delivery.
2. Support to follow up closely on periodic tasks to maintain sales:

- Renew policies and contracts when they are close to the deadline
- Notify hotels periodically every month according to the customer's template.
- Timely notify customers about changes in prices, packaging, product ingredients (if any)
- Work with customers if there are no orders in the month to ensure average sales of previous months
- Update LE (sales forecast) in detail with each distributor

3. Support Tet program:

- Come up with gift set ideas according to the customer's budget
- Quote, take mockup photos and send samples to customers
- Make contracts and update SKU list to distributors to ensure on-time delivery

- Fresher or less than 1 year in sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- Maintain high-level attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- A vibrant, confident and positive customer-focused attitude
