1. Brand Communication
- Plan, supervise and modify short to long-term integrated sales and marketing strategies on brand level.
- Propose local promotion, event, PR & digital marketing strategies based on brand business plan
- Prepare P&L of local promotion, event, PR & digital marketing activities
- Manage budget and resource allocation for each function; continuously monitor to ensure all committed goals achieved while maintaining good sales and marketing harmony.
- Responsible for brand expansion via new shop opening and new customer recruitment as planned; stay open to any chances for developing new potential channels or co-branding with external parties.

2. Business Development
- Analyze customer segments and trends of different channels to identify potential business opportunities.
- Lead or support in corporate sales activities & activities associated with new door and market launches.
- Evaluating competitive challenges for brand and identifies opportunities for growth and profit enhancement
- Reporting ad-hoc projects as requested by Brand Manager.
- To take other assignments as assigned by Brand Manager.

Essential Requirements

(Qualification and experience, personal skills and attributes)

Education and Experience
- Education: at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields with specialization in Marketing
- At least 8+ years of PR and digital marketing overall experience in Retail/FMCG, including at least 3 years in similar position(s) with international brand(s)/companies. Have experience in Cosmetics/Health & Beauty/Fashion/Luxury goods/Jewelry industry is very much preferred in priority
- Fluently in English (must).
- Computing / software: MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Able to understand market trends, financial data and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data.
- Able to put together and execute marketing plan based on marketing concepts.
- Ability to inspire others with brand or product stories

Personal skills and attributes:

- Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness, digital marketing belongings, leadership and negotiation skills.
- High sense of responsibility and accountability,
- High level of self discipline, motivation, integrity and professionalism.
- Able to work under tremendous pressure.
- Personality: open-minded, honest, diplomat, precise, result-oriented, self-motivated, committed, determined.
