**Job Summary**:

- Drive sales growth of thermal analysis and rheology instruments.
- Target industries: polymers, plastics, cement & construction, chemicals, coatings, and research institutes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver complete solutions.

**General Responsibilities**:
**A. Sales & Business Development**
- Meet/exceed sales targets.
- Identify new opportunities and manage full sales cycle.
- Maintain pipeline via CRM tools.

**B. Customer Relationship Management**
- Build strong relationships with R&D centers, universities, QC labs, etc.
- Understand needs and propose solutions.
- Conduct visits and follow-ups.

**C. Product Demonstration & Technical Support (Pre-Sales)**
- Work with specialists for demos and trials.
- Communicate technical benefits clearly.

**D. Market Intelligence & Strategy**
- Track trends and competitors.
- Support marketing strategies and attend events.

**E. Internal Collaboration**
- Provide field feedback for improvement.

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years in scientific instrument sales; familiarity with thermal analysis, rheology, XRF, XRD, etc.
- **Skills**:
- Technical: Material characterization, product presentations, CRM tools.
- Soft: Communication, negotiation, customer focus, independence, and travel readiness.

**Education**:
Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Polymer Science, or related.
