The Customer Service Officer within the Building & Infrastructure department plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department. The primary responsibilities include recording department meeting minutes, managing subcontractor relations, handling contracts, and facilitating customer interactions.

**Responsibilities**
- Record department meeting minutes and related department meetings.
- Search for subcontractors, and qualify subcontractors.
- Complete contracts with company subcontractors.
- Send reports to customers.
- Send payment requests to customers according to the payment milestones of the Contract and track payments.
- Manage delivery and receipt of tools and operational equipment.
- Monitor Customer/subcontractor payments.
- Receive documents from the Project Coordinator to complete accounting procedures.
- Support printing project records and documents.
- Supports storing project documents and reports on a shared drive.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in a construction or infrastructure-related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and maintaining documentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in contract management and understanding of contractual terms and conditions is a plus.
