**Job Description**:
In this role, you’ll be essential in managing the content production pipeline, working closely with internal teams, and pushing the envelope of innovative content formats. Your expertise will ensure high-quality content delivery, strategic influencer engagement, and impactful post-campaign analysis that elevates our product’s presence in the gaming world.

**What You Will Do in This Role**
- **Collaborate Across Teams and Partners**:Work closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to gather project briefs and ensure alignment. Manage relationships with external agencies, coordinating smooth communication to deliver impactful content on time and within scope.
- **Optimize Influencer and Event Engagement**:Coordinate with KOLs to schedule production sessions, organize live events, and arrange show matches that maximize campaign reach and enhance community engagement.
- **Analyze and Improve Content Performance**:Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis to assess content effectiveness, benchmark against KPIs, and provide actionable insights to elevate future campaigns and maintain high-quality production standards.

Job Requirements

We want a trailblazer Someone who lives and breathes content and is ready to take Free Fire to the next level. If you’re experienced in content production, know your way around a camera and live-stream, and have a passion for gaming that’s second to none, we want you on our squad.
- **Experience**:3+ years crafting standout content in gaming, media, or entertainment.
- **Background**:Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Skills**:Master of project management, razor-sharp attention to detail, and a pro at coordinating KOLs and live-streaming sessions.
- **Gaming Heart**:Love for battle royales is a huge plus—extra XP if you’re already a Free Fire fan.
- **Language**:English fluency is essential to rally the troops and make things happen.
