- JOB DIMENSIONS
- To be the gate keeper / key contact for Secondary Sales System (SSM) in the CCC project, SALSA. Ensuring quality and quantity of data uploaded daily in SSM, SALSA.
- Assist Marketing team to run and manage the Loyalty Application in the CCC project
- Reviewing, updating and monitoring the execution of Sales Policy including process and procedures
- Responsible for sales data analysis and sales reports.
- Provides clerical service to Head(s) of Sales.
- ACTIVITIES

1. To be daily gate keeper / key contact for Secondary Sales System (SSM) in the CCC project, SALSA. Coordinating with Heads of Sales to ensure quality and quantity of data uploaded daily in SSM, SALSA.

2. Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly Sales reports included sales target achievement, sales growth, sales forecast accuracy by distributors

3. Tracking daily sales data input in Secondaryss Sales System (SSM)

4. Ensure the quality of SSM assistant (admin under distributor or outsourced). Provide prompt training to new-recruited SSM assistant.

5. Provide SSM training to Distributors’ and TEMV’s Sales Staff. Introduce SSM to distributors. Ensure Distributors know what data provided from SSM, how to extract it.

6. Monitoring to ensure SALSA updated in best quality as required

7. Coordinate with distributors, TEMV’s Sales Reps and/or assigned PSD, B2B customers, if required, for a quality Sales Forecast by its on-time submission, details of analysis vs performance history and target received. Coordinate with distributors, TEMV’s Sales Reps and/or assigned PSD, B2B customers for continuous improvement of Sales Forecast Accuracy. Sale Forecast is required by both PTS, PTO.

8. Coordinate with distributors, TEMV’s Sales Reps and/or assigned PSD, B2B customers, if required, to follow up on month-to-date, year-to-date performance of volume, GMVC, UGMVC, prompt alert to Head(s) of Sales, VP, for what is good/not good.

9. Coordinate with distributors, TEMV’s Sales Reps and/or assigned PSD, B2B customers to monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory, release action plan to improve forecast quality, margin report in respective level of general SKUs and focused SKUs

10. Optimize the SKUs along focused industry sectors, channels, distributors. Follow on performance of SKUs in channels in details of volume, UGMVC year-on-year growth and performance vs target to be linked with performance of TEMV’s Sales Rep.

11. By cycle, reviewing, updating and monitoring the execution of Sales Policy including process and procedures ensuring One Sales Policy among different Sales Team and provide clear justification in case of exception from one to another.
