Provide good care to students, and make sure they can achieve their learning target at ET.

Communicate online/offline with students and handle all kinds of their feedback.

Work closely with other depts (SO, EC) in order to support students with problems that relate to their course and study progress.

Study online/offline 1:1 with students to help them review their knowledge.

Arrange the class schedule for new & current students.

Work with the academic team (R&D, teachers) to work out issues that relate to the curriculum and teaching quality.

Manage and work with students' data on ET's CRM system.

Make and test English practice games on Student's App.

Check and ensure the accuracy of lesson handouts' content.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Be flexible to work by shifts (8hrs/day, 5 days/week, including Saturday), and work at different locations (according to the company's arrangement)

Working shifts: 13:00 - 21:00 (Mon - Fri); and [protected info] (Sat).

Good at using English (English ability equivalent to IELTS 6.0 - 6.5) to work in a 100% English environment, and to help the students review their study.

Be able to work well under pressure.

Be responsible with your work and team.

Eager to learn and always want to improve yourself.

Professional at work in both appearance and attitude.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
