- Customer consultation through chat and tailoring of course to customer need
- Coordinate class opening and scheduling
- Provide excellent post-sales service and follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Receive student/parent feedback and resolve wherever possible
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Perform tasks as assigned by Manager
- Assist other Schola staff as needed
