We need you to go above and beyond our customer's expectations - on the phone and online.
You will be the key driver for Parcel Perform success in the following ways:
- **Guide our customers**:
- You will be the key interface for our customer interactions. Whatever question they might have and wherever they might be stuck in the process. You have the unique chance to represent Parcel Perform, guide them through our product range, answer technical inquiries and help them to overcome any challenges in a heartbeat.
- **Keep our customers engaged**:
- We at Parcel Perform always put our customers first. We want them to get the most out of our product and showcase the endless possibilities of our service. You will be the important human touch of our SaaS model, actively approaching them via various online channels.
- **Be the link between technical challenges & our customers' demands**:
- You will gather insights from your customer conversations, to help our product teams understand customer needs to help Parcel Perform build product features that will delight our customers
In summary, you will be key to the overall growth of Parcel Perform. You will help us to put a human touch to all our interactions. You will be the voice of our customers in every product challenge or growth path they might identify. You will know what rocks their boat and help us to improve the overall offering.
**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG**
We at Parcel Perform believe in innovation, energy, and resourcefulness for everything we do. You need to feel the same way about our offering and bring along the following things:
- At least 3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience at a high growth SaaS company or agency setting
- Overall strong communication and interpersonal skills - locally in Vietnam as well as internationally (you will be working with the Parcel Perform teams across the world)
- Great written and spoken English is a must to engage with our team and customers
- **Affinity to SaaS platforms and software solutions is a must. You should enjoy dealing with technology and strive to utilize our chat and customer relationship tools to the fullest**:
- Energetic, customer oriented personality with a friendly can-do attitude
- A strong willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to with higher levels
- **No technical experience and development language is required, but if you are familiar with software development process and data exchange (via API, web hook, SFTP), it’s a strong plus.**:
- **Able to work on the weekend.**
