As a **Talent Acquisition Intern** at CODE LEAP, you’ll contribute to both our **talent acquisition efforts** and **day-to-day office experience**. This role offers hands-on exposure to **recruitment coordination, HR operations**, allowing you to build practical skills while supporting a collaborative and fast-paced international team.

**YOUR EXCITING TASKS**:
**Recruitment**:

- Aid in the onboarding process as needed.
- Keep records of applicants’ data, ensuring up-to-date information is maintained.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing recruitment data to improve recruitment processes.
- Help prepare recruitment reports, market research, and other necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and suggest improvements for the recruitment process.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

**YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology**, or a related field.
- Strong interest in **HR, recruitment, and workplace culture.**:

- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable using basic office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (CEFR B2+ or IELTS 6.5+).
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.

**Nice to have**
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in **HR, recruitment, or admin support.**:

- Familiarity with **ATS tools** or **HR systems** is a plus.
- Experience helping with **event planning or internal communications** is a bonus.
