Senior Finance Specialist

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, banks, and internal teams.
- Lead financial negotiations, contract management, and fundraising efforts.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, M&A deals, and market expansion strategies.
- Conduct financial due diligence, risk assessment, and business case development for potential investments.
- Manage end-to-end execution of international M&A and business development transactions.
- Oversee financial reporting, including P&L analysis, balance sheets, and compliance.
- Collaborate with traders to manage financial obligations, assess risks, and align strategies.
- Generate key financial reports, performance analyses, and insights for decision-making.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the M&A lifecycle
- Ability to identify and develop ideas for potential transaction opportunities
- Strong skills in financial analysis, corporate finance, and valuation
- Strong project management capabilities, including experience overseeing due diligence processes
- Minimum of 4years of commercial experience in corporate development / corporate finance / investment banking / private equity
- Experience in Big 4, Transaction/M&A, or Private Equity
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, VBA, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with a data-driven and practical mindset
- Results-oriented with strong ownership of your work
- Perform well under high pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.

- From Monday to Friday (09:00am - 18:00pm) and half-day on Saturday (09:00am - 12:30pm)
