The Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor - Vietnam will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of recruiting processes to deliver the right talent, at the right time, at the right cost for Mondelēz Vietnam. The role also includes sourcing strategy, end to end early careers delivery and governance, employer branding, reports and analytics. This role will primarily focus on delivering quality recruitment work as well as managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end to end recruitment for assigned functions including early careers programs; Leverage the potential of the social media and direct sourcing channels in the resourcing space.
- Creation and implementation of business unit and local market wide projects such as (but not limited to) Early Careers, Employer Branding, Strategic Talent Pipelining & Onboarding.
- Build resourcing capability in the geography - both for the immediate team and the larger hiring manager pool

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Solid experience in recruitment and other strategic TA pillars; FMCG experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English
- Have experienced handling multiple stakeholders within and externally.
- Experience with a matrix team would be an added advantage, especially in the regional/global level.
- Able to manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday
- Willing to do an independent direct sourcing and with proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals
