Functional Overview

The Talent Acquisition Intern / Graduate will build high performing culture, increase the employability and develop practical skill sets. Support in screening talent, organizing interviews and help creating employer-brand activities that improve candidate experience. Will work closely with the regional TA / HR team and gain exposure to global best practices in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

  • Assist the TA team in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple markets using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.
  • Engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience and maintain ongoing communication.

Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and feedback to deliver a smooth and professional hiring process.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires and interns and welcoming them on day one.

Data & Systems Management

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment dashboards are up to date.
  • Track and learn key recruitment metrics to support reporting.

Employer Branding & Campus Outreach

  • Support employer branding initiatives through content creation, social media posts, and campus outreach events.
  • Design and adapt campus engagement programs tailored to the various markets.

Projects & Process Improvements

  • Participate in team projects such as JD reviews, policy updates, and cross-country alignment of TA processes.
  • Contribute to niche talent mapping and research activities to support strategic hiring.
  • Analyzing vendor contracts and agreements and maintaining the repository of final agreements.
  • Suggest and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Learning & Development

  • Gain hands-on exposure to recruitment data analysis, talent mapping, and vendor contract review and management.
  • Shadow recruiters and hiring managers to understand end-to-end TA practices across geographies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both writen and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
