As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Pre-Sales Specialists and be responsible for overseeing the technical consultation, market analysis, and collaboration with our sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:
Lead and mentor a team of Pre-Sales Specialists.

Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture within the Pre-Sales team.

**Customer Consultation and Support**:
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team when advising customers on network device and Wi-Fi SMB solutions.

Address escalated customer inquiries and ensure the team proposes suitable technical recommendations.

**Market Analysis**:
Oversee the monitoring of market trends within the enterprise network and Wi-Fi equipment sector.

Lead efforts to keep the team informed about competitor products and conduct comparative analyses with our offerings.

Collorate with MKT Team to give idea for our solutions/highligh functions to make marketing materials such as: Flyer, Catalogues, online materials on social media,

**Sales Department Support**:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure the team proposes technically sound solutions.

Participate in high-level discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts.

Support the bidding work, including technical issues solving on the bid opening site, and achieve the target together with the sales staff

**Training and Education**:
Promote of TP-Link Products/Solutions to partners including disty, SI, resellers, introducing the advantages and highlights of our products and solutions.

Develop and enhance product documentation to support the sales team's understanding of our products.

Coordinate and lead training sessions for the Sales team regarding new products and solutions.

**Technical Proficiency**:
Ensure that the Pre-Sales team possesses in-depth knowledge of our network and Wi-Fi equipment products and solutions.

Provide guidance on conducting tests and demonstrating solutions effectively to clients.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Pre-Sales or relevant technical roles, with a minimum of [X years] experience in a managerial capacity.
- Deep expertise in enterprise network and Wi-Fi equipment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Exceptional creativity and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese communication.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, etc.
