- PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Commercial and Business Process teams to implement new & existing Sales Initiatives in the country
- Work closely with existing customers for commercial and business activities (Ad hoc quotation, contract amendments, contract renewal lead)
- Engage with internal teams and support functions to deliver commercial requirements of customers
- Build strong customer engagement and relationships with both existing business and new business opportunities
- Identify administrative processes within the Country Sales Organisation and work together with the Regional Sales Operations Team to standardize processes
- Proactively advocate and improve CRM Data Quality.
- Analyse Weekly / monthly sales data (Pipeline, Volumes, GP Return on Cost) and highlight need for action.
- Prepare management updates and reports for the Regional Sales Leadership Team.
- Support Sales Team while working on bids and submitting their proposals
- Work on ad-hoc requests by the sales team (e.g. sending out Quotations)
