Sales Coordination & Pipeline Management
Support the sales and leadership team in managing leads, proposals, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM / sales trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents.
Monitor proposal timelines and ensure accurate and timely submission in accordance with client requirements
Market & Customer Research
Conduct market research on potential customers, competitors, and sector trends.
Prepare briefing notes for the sales team ahead of client meetings.
Customer Engagement & Admin Support
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication with clients and partners.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Support in organizing marketing and promotional events (online/offline).
Collaboration with other departments and CEO to finalize the proposal to clients.
Internal Support
Work closely with management on reporting, pipeline updates, and KPIs.
- Support operational and administrative tasks related to project development.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field
At least 2 -3 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, or executive assistant roles.
Expert knowledge of MS Office- PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (From Upper Intermediate)
