About the Role

On behalf of our client - a newly established FDI company specializing in renewable energy development across solar, battery storage, and distributed energy solutions for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers - we are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Backed by regional investors, this fast-growing business is well-funded and embarking on an ambitious journey to develop and build over 150 MW of clean energy projects in the next three years.

As a Sales Support Executive, you'll play a key role in driving business success, supporting sales operations, business development, and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a company shaping the future of clean energy in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Pipeline Management

  • Support the sales team in managing leads, proposals, and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update CRM/sales trackers to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor timelines to ensure on-time submissions in line with client requirements.

Market & Customer Research

  • Conduct market research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Prepare briefing notes and insights to support client meetings and sales activities.

Customer Engagement & Admin Support

  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication with clients and partners.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support marketing and promotional events (online/offline).
  • Collaborate with teams and management to finalize proposals and client deliverables.

Reporting & Internal Support

  • Support reporting, pipeline updates, and KPI tracking for management.
  • Assist in operational and administrative tasks related to project development.

Job Requirements

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, or executive assistant roles.
  • Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in rooftop solar (C&I) sector, renewable energy, utilities, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong presentation and business document preparation skills.
  • Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Passion for sustainability and clean energy.
